Key Responsibilities
- Team player with all members of the program
- Able to communicate effectively with direct supervisor and team members
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-sufficient in handling daily tasks with little supervision
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks to meet GSH expectations
- Consistent, reliable, and prepared professional daily execution of the goals to achieve
- Ability to develop strategic relationships and goals in assigned referral partners with support from the RDBD and ED
- Willing to learn and develop into a hospice community educator in the program for community support
- Educate and inform key referral partners on the benefits of the hospice benefit for awareness and understanding to increase quality outcomes and ADC growth
- Attitude and mindset to be successful and determined to grow market share in the program
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
- Proficient in financial analysis and technology (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers license
- Appropriate auto insurance coverage
- Can successfully pass background checks
